This place is a gem in Coshocton. The atmosphere is awesome being in an old house, the food was all cooked perfectly including my wife's pork loin chops which we are very picky about. What really set this place apart was the service. It's the kind of place where you walk in and you just feel like you're at a relatives house for dinner. We were immediately welcomed by the owner, a waitress and even some of the most friendly patrons. Prices were very reasonable for the caliber of food, and serving sizes were just right.

I saw on Facebook that The English Ivy Restaurant has 4.8 our of 5 stars with 86 reviews, so I was looking forward to it. I wasn't disappointed. My wife and I had a fantastic lunch there with a friend we were visiting, recently. We also met the owners, who were friendly and outgoing. The setting is romantic and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Came on a Friday evening for steak or prime rib told the person who cooks the beef was not here tonight???? Ordered the chicken Marsala. Came with choice of soup or salad. Ordered the salad. Fresh and crisp. The entree came with garlic mashed potatoes. The chicken was good. The service was good. If ever in town again I might revisit..

Had a terrific lunch at English Ivy. You can tell they take pride in their food and the potato salad was terrific! Ok...so the soup was equally great. Thanks for letting me try both!

Went there on a Wednesday with my sister, we both ordered the Chicken PotPie Special. Best chicken pot pie I've ever eaten! I even liked the crust and I'm not usually a crust eater. Soup or salad came with it, they were both great! Highly Recommend!

Dave and Jeanette have created a beautiful dining venue filled with ambiance. The food is absolutely delicious and prices are below what you would expect to pay for a comparable dining experience.

English Ivy is owned and operated by a husband and wife. The property is a beautiful older home. The food is always fresh and made to order. Excellent home made pies and desserts. The owners always take time to talk to each guest. We usually go for lunch when we can. Cozy atmosphere with delicious food!

Stopped by last night for dinner. Arrived around 730 and they close at 8pm. Usually I do not go to a place that is closing soon but I was pleasantly surprised! Was greeted with a smile and they said welcome, thank you for coming in tonight. Food was great. And a nice size serving. All the folks there were so friendly made us feel right at home!
